After we release your order it can take 3 to 7 business days depending of your location; we use USPS and UPS for out shipments.

5. Refund and Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will assist you with a prompt return. Please send your item(s) to the following address:431 Calico Rd Oceanside CA 92058 USA, gladly accepts unworn, unwashed or defective full-priced merchandise for seven days after you receive your merchandise. Original receipt, hygiene strip and tags must be attached. Unfortunately, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ANY ITEM CONSIDERED LINGERIE AS GIRDLES, BODYS OR BATHINGSUITS.

6. REFUNDS OF MONEY ARE NOT ACCEPTED:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your item for 7 days after your receive your merchandise and you will receive an store credit valid for 1 year to be use on any of our products.

7. Risk of Loss or Stolen Merchandise:
All products purchase from Kaprichosa Jeans, Inc are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss or stolen merchandise passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier used.

When you visit any our website or send emails or comments to us; you are communicating with us online or electronically. You consent to receive communication from us via e-mail. If you give us your phone number, you consent to receive communication from us via phone.
